Hello again!
So here i am in Fiji, wow, what a world appart fom where i've been the last week...
Aitutaki is a huge expansive lagoon, uterly beautiful in a similar leageu to the beauty of the lagoon on bora bora... the people are extreemly friendly [you say hello with a big huge smile to every one you pass, without exception]... saw enourmouse clams that could fit me inside of them, walked and snorkled on endless sandbars and time simply slides away...
The light drizle of rain continued, but it did not phase life too much. At this stage I've completly adusted to a pace of life that simply just "is" and nothing more really is but the is, or was, or shall be was, where - whenever... ah yes, another sunset...
Just me and the hermit crabs to look at for hours as they scury left and right along the sands in search of cozier shells to adorn on their backs...
In Aitutaki I felt at home, tranquil and utterly at peace, well worth the detour!
So now I'm in Fiji, which until now feels like little india! Smelly large sprawling odd shinkle town, very very oddly nite together - I can already tell I am goign to ned soem time for readjustment here... a town with all its busy puttering and movement and dirt is just soooooo not what I am used to anymore!! where are the chickens and roosters, sprawling coconot trees etc.?
Anyways, things will chance again soon, for this is just a hub before we movbe onwards.
I'll probably do a live aboard or island hopepr with Walter now before we split paths... the live aboard is a boat where you stay on the boat for several days and each day you go scuba diving at a new location... so lots and lots of scuba to come, with sharks, manta rays, turtles and otehr fisies [maybe dolphins too, we shall see]
Time is running out again, till nxt time!!! kisses and hugs,
seb.
